Use of this website and placement of orders are subject to the following terms of sale. All terms apply after an open line of credit is granted. Shipments made prior to an open line of credit being established will be delivered on a C.O.D. basis. Shipments may be withheld from accounts with open balances over 30 days unless prior arrangements are made.
All sales invoices are due Net 10 days upon date of the invoice, unless a prior arrangement has been agreed upon.
Final invoices are generated at the point of product completion. Authorization of all orders are contingent on comments or instructions made in the given fields during the order process which may disallow or hold the order if the customer's requested conditions are not met. Pricing on all orders are subject to change at any given time and without warning, but the customer will be notified and required to recieve their approval prior to authorization of the order and invoicing. While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will be applied in your order confirmation. Elipticon reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). Please check your order confirmation for final pricing. Not responding to a changed order email confirmation is considered acceptance of the changed order.
A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on all accounts past 30 days. Monthly statement will not be sent unless requested.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
Replacement parts sent before we receive the defective material will be invoiced at regular prices and credit issued after we receive the defective Material. Credit is contingent upon our inspection of material.

Customers may pick up material at our business during the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. Please call before hand to verify your order is complete and ready for pick up. Customers should enter via the front office door.
Our office hours are 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. Monday thru Friday. You may place an order by phone (920.788.9322), email (sales@elipticon.net), or fax (920.788.3086). We are not responsible for misinterpretation of verbal orders. Please use hard copy purchase orders, Elipticon provided order form, the website order form, or the email form for accuracy on your orders. Send a template, diagram, Or window specification sheet. Please make sure all information is accurate and complete. If you are unsure of specifications please call our customer service department prior to placing your order for clarification.
Acknowledgements are done via fax or email, please check your acknowledgements for accuracy.
